Directions
- Cut beef tenderloin into thin strips.
- Clean and chop spring onions and mushrooms.
- Preheat a pan and stir fry meat in hot oil. Add spring onions and mushrooms. Cook for a minute or two.
- Reduce heat, add sour cream and simmer another 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with dill.
Serve over potatoes (fried, boiled or mashed)
