Personal pronouns – ваш (m), ваша (f), ваше (n), ваши (pl) - your (plural or polite) – decline like наш (our).

*Acc.= Nom., if describes an animate noun.
  Acc.= Gen., if describes an inanimate noun.
Example:
inanimate: Я вижу наш дом. – I see our house.
animate: Я вижу нашего друга. – I see our friend.

Possessive Pronouns её (her), его (his) and их (their) do not decline.

Russian personal pronouns свой (m), своя (f), свое (n), свои (pl) can be translated as "my/your/his/her/our/your(pl)/their own". It replaces all possessive pronouns (singular and plural) if the subject of the sentence is the owner of the object.

Compare following sentences:

1) Он дал мне свой телефон. – He gave me his phone number (his own number)
2) Я хочу позвонить его брату. Он дал мне его телефон. – I want to call his brother. He gave me his number (the number of his brother).
