In Russian, small thick pancakes are called Oladi (оладьи [aládyi]). Basic Oladi are made of simple batter that contains flour, eggs and water or milk. The batter is poured into hot oil to fry. |400 g (=0.9 lb)||zucchini|
|20 g (=3 tbsp)||flour|
|100 ml (1/2 cup)||sour cream|
- Coarsely grate zucchini. Blend together eggs and salt. Combine with zucchini, add flour and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry pancakes until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
- Serve with sour cream.
